At Munoz’s Vintage & Botanical Shop, we want you to love what you bring home. Because we sell a variety of products — from live plants to vintage pieces and handmade goods — our refund policy varies by item.
Plants

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Vintage & Handmade Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Workshops & Events

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session if we are notified at least 48 hours before the event.
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
